The purpose of the People & Performance Change Readiness Assessment is to improve your understanding of the willingness and readiness to change in an organisation, i.e. a highly relevant input for every change agent to drive the change process.

The People & Performance Change Readiness Assessment covers six dimensions, which are based on research and hands-on experience from an extensive number of actual changes. The assessment provides you with specific input to act and facilitate the change process.

The six dimensions are; Understanding, Motivation, Accountability, Skills, Information and Support.

The People & Performance Change Readiness Assessment provides you with a number of recommendations regarding what to do in order to facilitate the next steps of the change process. Naturally, these recommendations need to be interpreted into your reality as different change environments demand tailored interventions.

The People & Performance Change Readiness Assessment will provide you with powerful tools to involve change participants in the collaboration to make the change process move forward in the best possible manner by making the “soft side” of the change process manageable to change leaders as well as participants.

 

We recommend the use of People & Performance Change Readiness Assessment during:

  • The Preparatory Phase: As a part of the development of a plan for communication and change.
  • The Start-up Phase: Directly after the announcement of a forthcoming change.
  • The Acceleration Phase: As a tool during the acceleration phase to provide input for the prioritisation of change resources so that the management time available is used properly.
  • The Integration Phase: As a part of the integration phase in order to ensure that the planned changes are implemented fully.
