Change Readiness Assessment

The purpose of the Change Readiness Assessment is to improve the understanding of the willingness and readiness to change in an organisation. The assessment provides these inputs for every change agent that is directing the change process.

The Change Readiness Assessment covers six dimensions and is based on research and hands-on experience from an extensive number of actual changes. The assessment will provide your leader with specific input to act on and facilitate a change process.
