RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
SECTION 1 – RETURNS
There are different rules on return rights, depending on the product you purchase:
If you do not need the profile, have ordered too many or for some other reason do not want the product, you are welcome to return it. To be eligible for a return, your profile must be unused. When purchasing tests at our website they are considered used when the profile has been completed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a profile has been used/started.
It is not possible to return PDF documents.
The subscription is binding for 12 months and cannot be refunded within this period.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
SECTION 2 – REFUNDS
If you wish to make a refund, you must write to us at email@example.com. Your request will be handled within five weekdays.
Once your return is handled and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund. If a refund has been refused, you will be charged 100% of the fee.
If your refund request has been approved, People & Performance will charge an administrative fee equalling 10% of the purchase.
SECTION 3 – CANCELLATION
When you buy a subscription, the agreement is binding for a period of 12 months. The subscription is automatically renewed and can be cancelled at least four weeks prior to expiration in writing. Unless cancelled within the given period, the subscription is automatically renewed by the relevant stated contract term.
SECTION 4 – EXCHANGES
We only replace your profile with another one if the link or website is damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
